Nature is Queer Zine by Eve Gordon
“This zine discusses the many ways that nature breaks the binary between male and female organisms both in reproduction and sexual organ characteristics.
Nature is not heteronormative and viewing ecology through that lens is counterproductive. Animals exist outside the human constructed idea of the binary and it’s time we recognize it. This is what queer ecology strives to do. To break down the binary, rigid, heteronormative understanding to bring to light all the ways nature is beautifully and ultimately queer.” - Eve Gordon
